Terms & Conditions

Commercial Flooring Group Ltd

These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, services and works carried out by Commercial Flooring Group Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Quotations are based on the information available at the time of pricing. Any additional works, changes to specification or unforeseen site conditions may result in additional costs.

Orders & Acceptance

Acceptance of a quotation, payment of a deposit or instruction to proceed confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Commercial Flooring Group Ltd reserves the right to decline or withdraw quotations at any time prior to formal acceptance.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits may be required prior to ordering materials or scheduling works.

Payment terms will be stated on quotations and invoices. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices must be paid within the stated payment period.

Late payments may result in:

Suspension of ongoing works
Delayed material ordering
Additional charges or interest where applicable

Materials

All materials remain the property of Commercial Flooring Group Ltd until paid for in full.

Material colours, textures and finishes may vary slightly from samples or images provided by manufacturers.

Installation & Site Conditions

Clients are responsible for ensuring suitable site access and conditions prior to installation.

Commercial Flooring Group Ltd will not be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by:

Restricted access
Other trades
Site conditions
Moisture issues
Structural defects
Power or lighting availability

Additional preparation works identified during installation may be chargeable.

Programme & Delays

Estimated installation dates are provided in good faith but may be subject to change due to:

Supplier lead times
Site readiness
Weather conditions
Circumstances outside of our reasonable control

Commercial Flooring Group Ltd will communicate any significant delays as soon as reasonably possible.

Defects & Liability

Any installation concerns must be reported promptly following completion.

Commercial Flooring Group Ltd’s liability shall be limited to the value of the works supplied unless otherwise required by law.

We shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of business or revenue
Damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance or third-party interference

Cancellations

Cancellation of works after materials have been ordered or installation scheduled may result in charges for costs already incurred.

Health & Safety

Commercial Flooring Group Ltd operates in accordance with relevant health and safety requirements and expects all parties onsite to cooperate appropriately.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
