Quotations & Deposits

Deposits may be required prior to ordering materials or scheduling installation works. Deposit amounts will be confirmed within individual quotations or project agreements.

Once materials have been ordered, deposits may become non-refundable due to supplier and manufacturing commitments.

Project Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after materials have been ordered or work has commenced, Commercial Flooring Group Ltd reserves the right to recover costs already incurred, including:

• Materials ordered or manufactured

• Labour and subcontractor costs

• Site visits and surveys

• Administrative and project management costs

Any outstanding balances relating to completed works or incurred costs remain payable.

Returns & Unused Materials

Returns of flooring materials are subject to manufacturer and supplier policies. Certain products, including bespoke or special-order materials, may not be eligible for return or refund.

Any approved returns may be subject to handling or restocking charges.
